Restore Retreat Terms & Conditions
Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before enrolling in any retreats. When enrolling you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out below.
1. It is the responsibility of the participant to notify retreat leaders of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their attendance or participation in activities.
2. You will follow all instructions given to you by the retreat leaders – Emma Turton & Claire Doherty, and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.
3. In participating in activities and retreats, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against the retreat leaders or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
4. Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits and will never be charged without consent.
5. Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Non-refundable USD$500 deposit
7 day cooling off period, during which time you may request a refund of what you’ve paid minus the USD$500 deposit.
After the 7 day cooling off period there will be no refunds.
Tickets to this retreat are non-transferable. Should you wish to purchase one as a gift (or purchase a gift certificate towards a ticket) please email Emma, at hello@emmaturton.com.au to discuss.
Trip Insurance
Cancel for Any Reason insurance is highly recommended whenever making travel plans. This must be purchased within 7 days of booking your retreat space (check your insurer).

For your safety, we will provide an emergency contact number for your loved ones to use in exceptional cases.
Photography & Image Use
By attending this retreat, you consent to being photographed or filmed by for the purposes of marketing, social media, and promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the retreat begins and we will take reasonable steps to ensure you are not included in any images taken.
We reserve the right to use these images across our website, social media channels, and marketing materials without further notice or compensation.
Out of respect for the confidential and therapeutic nature of this programme, we ask that you refrain from sharing images of other participants on social media or any public platform without their prior consent.
